はじめまして。
書いておられる方が少ないようですが、自分一人でも、自分自身の整理をするために書いていきたいと思います。
精神科に通院して、９年。病名は、パニック障害（不安障害）。発病してからは、１５年。
途中、十数回の入退院を繰り返し、今年になって、やっとカウンセリングを開始。
自分がACじゃないかと気が付いたのも、本当にごくごく最近。
１歳になる子を育てているのだけれど、自分のように惨めな想いや、自分の感情を表現できないのは辛いから、子供にはそういう想いをさせたくなくて。
でも、自分が出来ないから、どうやっていいか分からなくて。
とにかく、ヒントになったのが、「自己肯定感が低い」「生き辛さ」という言葉で、逆に自分探しの旅が始まろうとしています。
自分には、家族や自分にアルコール依存も関係ないし、特に虐待（肉体的・性的）された覚えもない。
だから、こんなことを言うのは、単なるわがままで言ってはいけないことだと思っていた。
でも、ACの特徴に当てはまることが多すぎるので、少し整理したいと思っています。
テーマに合っていないのですが、回を重ねておいおいと。
ただ、今、自分に子供が出来たけど、無条件に可愛いと思えず、責任感ばかりが先だって、ただひたすらに日々の業務としての子育てという風にしかできてません。
きっと、これも特徴ですね。
過去を探るにあたって、色々あるだろうけど、親に問題があったとしても、親を変えることは出来ないから、この現実だけど、上手く受け止め方を変えられることを目標にしたいです。
きっと、親からもちろん愛されていたけど、それを愛されてると捉えられなかった。
そのあたりに、問題があるような気がします。
自己紹介っぽくて、すみません。
